Funding and the NDIS

Paying for our programs with your NDIS plan

There are three ways an NDIS plan can be managed. How yours is managed decides who pays us and what we need from you. Because Rancare Connect is a registered provider, all three work.

Some plans mix these, for example self-managing one part and having the NDIA manage another. You can also ask the NDIA to change how your plan is managed at any time. Read about managing your plan on ndis.gov.au.

It's written in the participant's NDIS plan. If you can't find it, ask your support coordinator, your plan manager or your local area coordinator, or just choose "Not sure" on our enquiry form and we'll work it out with you.

Which part of the plan pays for each program?

Rancare Connect to confirm which NDIS support categories each program is claimed under, so families can check their budget before they call.

For support coordinators

Referring a participant

Use the enquiry form and choose "Support coordinator" as your role. It asks for the participant's age, funding type and program of interest, so we can tell you quickly whether we have a place.
