About this concept
What this concept changes
Hitting the Mark built this concept from rancareconnect.com.au. It keeps your programs and your words, and changes how the site works for families, support coordinators and participants. It is not live, and nothing on it is indexed by search engines.
Six changes
Your enquiries come to you
The enquiry form asks for the four things you need before you call back: the participant's age, how their funding is managed, which program they want, and their support coordinator. Enquiries go to you and no other provider.
The postcode is right
The current site gives the address as Hastings VIC 3195. Hastings is 3915; 3195 is Mordialloc. Your ABN record, the NDIS register and Google all say 3915.
Your registration is shown properly
Instead of a small logo, the site shows your status, the date your registration runs to, and a link to the NDIS Commission register, which is where support coordinators check before they refer.
Funding is explained
A plain-English page on self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed funding, and why being registered means families can use you whichever way their plan is managed.
Accessibility is built in
WCAG 2.1 AA, a published accessibility statement, an Easy Read page, text size and high-contrast controls, and no colour-contrast failures.
Search engines can find what you actually do
Each page is written around what families search for, like school leaver programs on the Mornington Peninsula and NDIS day programs in Hastings, with your address and phone number in a format Google reads.
What we'd need from you
Highlighted text on the site marks details only you can confirm: ages, days, times and funding categories for each program, upcoming camps, office hours, your privacy policy, and your own photos used with consent. Nothing is published until you've checked it.
