Getting started

How to join a program

  1. Send us an enquiry

Online or by phone. Tell us the participant's age, how their NDIS funding is managed and which program interests them. Support coordinators can refer directly.

  2. We call you back

Within one business day — to confirm. We'll talk about goals, support needs and which program suits.

  3. Come and meet us

Visit the program in Hastings and meet the team — to confirm how first visits work.

  4. Paperwork and a start date

We go through our participant handbook, service agreement and intake forms with you, then agree a start date.
